Very good breakfast and dinner, kind personal , close to the beach.

Old beds, no normal blanket, it was cold at night, no air conditioning to make it warmer

Great value but rooms are a bit noisy

Great value for money and location

You can hear everything in the room next door and in the corridors. There was also a bell sounding fire alarm that went off every night at random times which woke us up.

This was our second stay at this hotel. An overall very pleasant experience. Will revisit for sure!

Almost everything was very good. One issue was the space between beds in the room.

Our room had three beds. The 'remaining' space in the room was too little to manoeuvre around as we couldn't even open well our luggage.

This hotel is well located in a quiet residential area just 100m from a beautiful beach. It is run by a dedicated team who work hard to ensure a good stay. There is an extensive buffet breakfast

Fabulous hotel - great food and rooms

We loved our stay. The hotel went above and beyond our expectations for the great price. It was in a great location, very close to Fenals beach. The food for breakfast and dinner was superb. There was new selections of food each evening for dinner and plenty of it. The food was also of a very good quality. The room was just perfect - very clean and comfortable, with a lovely shower.

It would be great to have a mini fridge for our water in the room. It was a surprise to have to pay 5€ extra for the safe per day.

We had a lovely stay, location of hotel was great, staff were all very friendly, selection of food at breakfast and dinner was great

The food at dinner could of been hotter that is the only thing we didn't like

Booked a room with two separate beds but was given a room with 1 bed. The aroma in the hotel lobby was very strong and not pleasant. The safe didn’t work

We need to pay for water when we have dinners. Also when I feel sick and need hot water we need to pay almost 2 euros for water.

Great place close to sea

Location is perfect, literally a 2 minute walk from the beach and a quiet area. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Comfy bed and lovely decor.

There was nothing in the room to put your belongings on.. There needs to be a desk or some Shelving.

The food is amazing!!The location as well as you are close to the beach and have some places near for water and stuff.The restaurant staff are more than helpful, as being gluten intolerant they would always help with gf bread at breakfast.If you have an ealy flight they can pack you something for the road but make sure to double check if you have any intolerances, as I specified but received a normal one..but only realised ob my way to the airport.

The rooms do have thin walls as most people say.We were lucky our room was next to the hotel stairs so we only had one room next to us.We were also 7th floor so no one above us.I would say that the restaurant staff was more helpfull than the gentelman that did our check in, I felt every questions I asked I was being rushed, even though I was speaking spanish.The ladies were really helpfull.

Great stay in a fantastic location. Very nice standard

Loved the view from our room of the sea. The location is fantastic. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The pool area is nice too and there is a food van serving snacks. We didn't try them but they were very good value and looked nice. Room was comfortable and good standard of cleaning. Loads of bars and restaurants in the area to try and plenty of little shops to get snacks and drinks. We got the bus from Girona to Lloret and then walked (20 mins or so) and to get back to the airport, I booked a taxi through the GI app and it was about €50.

Nothing - loved it! Although the breakfast coffee was terrible! But plenty of places nearby to get a nice one!
